American Express Premier Rewards Gold Card offers $100 bonus
American Express is offering a $100 cash bonus after the first purchase with new Premier Rewards Gold Charge Card. New card members only have to make a first qualifying purchase on the card for any amount to receive 10,000 bonus membership reward points. Those points can then be redeemed for $100 in gift cards. New card-members will also have the $175 annual fee waived for the first year of membership.
Card-members will earn 3 points for every $1 spent on air travel, 2 points for every $1 spent on gas and groceries and an additional point for every $1 on other purchases. Gold Card-members have access to travel packages and upgrades as well as preferred seating, pre-sale tickets and other benefits to Gold Card events.
Accounts may have multiple cards to earn points and rewards even more quickly.
